Diego del Mercato has almost 20 years experience as a hospitality manager, liquor buyer and bottle shop manager. He is especially passionate about whisky and has an encyclopaedic knowledge of all things malt. He writes an entertaining and informative blog: Melbourne Malt.

Benny Roff wrote the book on vodka…well, he wrote a book on vodka. He has a strong boozehound pedigree having worked for many years as a mixologist and consultant to the booze industry. Benny started conducting guided vodka tastings to promote his book and liked it so much he conspired to start this company.
